Barbara Puffer, ABC, has more than 35 years of corporate and consulting experience in public relations, development and marketing, as well as in board training and facilitation for non-profit and profit organizations. She is also an adjunct assistant professor and communications course chairman at the University of Maryland's University College, teaching online subjects such as management writing, workplace communications and public relations at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
